-Consultation will include detailed discussion of symptoms, review and discussion of lab work, discussion of medication needed and RX sent to pharmacy.  

(Order for labs will be sent prior to consultation and can be filed with insurance) 

-labs are required to be drawn prior to initial consultation and 6 week follow up
